Hrithik Roshan Awestruck by Freida Pinto’s Performance in Desert Dancer

Hrithik Roshan, who is one of the best dancers in Bollywood, was stumped to see Freida Pinto’s performance in Desert Dancer. The Bang Bang actor tried to contact the Slumdog Millionaire fame in order to complement her but the actress didn’t pick the Dhoom 2 star’s call. Hence, Hrithik chose to praise Freida on Twitter.

Hrithik wrote, “Has anyone out there seen 'Desert Dancer'? Pure passion ignited. Most incredible film I have seen. Such amazing actors. Bravo to d entire team”. In another tweet, he wrote, “N how amazing is Frieda Pinto. Nver seen anyone dance like that. Wanted 2 wish her but she doesn't pick up my phone! Maybe she'l get this”.

The Richard Raymond directorial is a biopic based on the life of a young dancer Afshin Ghaffarian. Ghaffarian risks his life to become a dancer, despite the ban in the country. It is said that Freida underwent extensive dance training for the film. Starring Reece Ritchie in the lead, Desert Dancer was released in 2014.
