I am quite petrified of doing solo films: Arshad Warsi

Most of the actors who want to play the single-lead films, but Arshad Warsi is a bit different. The actor said that he doesn’t like doing films that are centred on him because if the film fails, all the blaming is cornered on him. He further said that he wants to do multi-starrer film, but is unfortunate for not being offered such films.  

The Jolly LLB star said, “Unfortunately, I am not being offered multi-starrer films, unlike earlier. I like being part of them, since I can share the burden of the film with other actors. In a solo lead film, I might be held responsible for its failure. While I am quite petrified of doing solo films, I couldn’t say no to playing the lead roles in the films I am currently doing, as I liked their scripts”.

The actor has always been appreciated his performances in the films that he has done so far. But unfortunately, there aren’t many hits in his kitty. In fact, Arshad himself has accepted that he didn’t pick right films in his career.
