I Will Have To rework On Script: Vikram Phadnis On Working With Aishwarya

After styling for many big celebrities, including for films also, designer turned into direction with an emotional Marathi film, ‘Hrudayantar’. The movie revolved around a couple who are going through differences in their marriage. However, they set aside their differences when they got to know that their 10-year-old daughter is suffering from a life threatening disease and do everything that they can to save her. Actor Hrithik Roshan debuts in Marathi film industry with the film by appearing in a cameo.  

However, it was not a child’s play for Vikram to enter into direction. He took 13 long years to make his directorial debut. He also talks about a script which he wrote keeping Aishwarya in mind, but it did not work out.

When asked from him whether he would like to work with Ash now, he said, “I will have to rework it because it was written at that time. Every decade has its kind of cinema. If I make it now, I’d have to make it relevant to 2018.”

There were also reports of Vikram making a movie titled Nia with Bipasha playing the lead but the film didn’t take off. However, Vikram says that though the movie did not take off, but, he still shares good relationship with Bipasha.
