Stereotyping actors in Bollywood for particular genre is quite common in the industry. Like Akshay Kumar is known for his comic timing in films, Ranvir Shorey is also referred to as a comedy actor. Now that the actor, who has recently announced his separation from wife Konkona Sen Sharma, is playing a serious role in upcoming film Titli, the Pyaar Ke Side Effects actor has explained that he still loves comedy.

The Khosla Ka Ghosla actor told IANS, “I’m not leaving comedy. A person does a lot of things in a day. He cries, laughs and gets angry. If someone’s comedy film does well, it is not fair to expect only comedy films from him”.

“I’m an actor and as an actor it is my job to explore different genres like drama, comedy and tragedy. I always try to do different roles”, he added. Titli is all set to hit the theatres on October 30.
