It’s a hat-trick for Vidya Balan, returns as IFFM’ face for third time

Star actress Vidya Balan is all set to return as a brand ambassador of the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne for the third consecutive year. The actress has given some splendid performances in flicks like, Parineeta, Kahaani and The Dirty Picture. This must have made it easy for the Australian government to declare her name as the brand ambassador of the festival yet again.

The 35-year-old actress quoted, “I am very excited about the festival now having a competitive edge with the four awards that have been announced. It is always very gratifying to get recognition and appreciation for our work and to have that from a foreign audience in a foreign country makes it all the more special.” At present the actress is busy in filming for Shaadi Ke Side Effects.
