It’s a wrap for Dil Dhadakne Do as cast and crew celebrates

Excel Entertainment’s forthcoming production venture and Zoya Akhtar’s next directorial outing ‘Dil Dhadakne Do’ sees an official wrap. The shooting of the film has ended which was celebrated with a party held in Mumbai. Everyone except Priyanka Chopra and Farhan Akhtar were spotted at the event who perhaps missed out on course of some other commitments.

The actors confirmed the wrapping up of the production stage on twitter and shared a gesture of thanks. Dil Dhadakne Do has an ensemble cast that includes Farhan Akhtar, Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh, Anushka Sharma, Anil Kapoor and Shefali Shah. Ranveer wrote on twitter, “Wrap on #DilDhadakneDo ! Honour 2 hav collaborated w such a stellar team on this special, special film. My happy, shiny unit ! :) love ya'll ”. Even Anushka shared the same message and posted as selfie with Anil Kapoor where she wrote, “Fan girl moment, #DilDhadakneDo wrap partayyyy!! @AnilKapoor”. Priyanka Chopra who missed out on the party tweeted “Heading to Bangkok and missing my wrap party for #DilDhadakneDo .. Waaaaah! @ritesh_sid don't have too much fun without me”.

The film has been into shooting for a while and was being shot on a cruise in Europe. This is going to be an interesting choice for the viewers who absolutely loved Zoya’s last work with the mesmerizing Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara. The film has a scheduled release date for June next year.
