Jacqueline Fernandez Roped In For Remo D'Souza, Salman Khan Project?

Remo D'Souza will be directing Salman Khan in a dance-based movie which focuses on a father and his 13-year-old daughter. Salman will be playing the role of the father who will be participating in a dance competition with his daughter. For some time now, talks surrounding the project have suggested that Jacqueline Fernandez will also be part of the film but, things are quite unclear on that front.

It was being said that Jacqueline will be playing the role of the dance teacher who teaches Salman and his daughter the different styles of dance forms. Though Remo has negated these talks by tweeting, “Wow, I wonder who are these sources from our industry, who know more than the director”, when Jacqueline was asked about the same, she said, “Fingers crossed. Pray for me”.

Her statement still does not clear the air. Only time will tell if she is actually part of the project or not. The director also spoke about casting Salman and said that he needed someone who is not specifically known for their dancing skills. “Salman (Khan) is a good dancer, and has the drive to become better”, Remo shared.

Jacqueline is currently busy with her upcoming flick titled, ‘A Gentleman’. She shares screen space with Sidharth Malhotra and the flick will be released on August 25.
