John earlier made Dhan Dhana Dhan Goal, which was a contemporary fictional story of South Asian community in UK and it depicted the prism of professional football. 1911 is somewhat a continuation of the previous flick as it is also based on football clubs Mohun Bagan and East Bengal. I think it`s important to share with people that it`s not just on Mohun Bagan, it`s a film on football.
