Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon Steals The Thunder; Mints Rs. 28.81 Crores In 3 Days

A few years back, he was just another ordinary man, and in no time Kapil Sharma has climbed the ladder of success and fame that he is now referred as the King of comedy. In a short span of time, he has established himself on TV; has made his name to top 100 list of Forbes Indian Celebrity 2014, and lately, has debuted in Bollywood alongside three female leads in Kis Kisko Pyaar Karoon. The  Abbas-Mustan directorial has enthralled the audiences and has minted Rs. 28.81 crores in just 3 days.

Kapil Sharma is extremely happy with the response to his debut film and has said that he has received more love than he ever expected. “It feels good when your efforts are appreciated. I was not expecting such a positive response”, he said.

The film has outperformed Madhur Bhandarkar’s Calendar Girls and Kunal Khemu starrer Bhaag Johnny. While Calendar Girls minted about Rs. 10 crores, Bhaag Johny has minted about Rs. 5 crores over the weekend. Kapil Sharma has certainly stolen the thunder at the box office with a solid punch.
