Maneesh Sharma’s Next Will Bring ‘Kill Dil’ Duo Back On Screen

Maneesh Sharma is likely to helm a new film. He already has flicks like ‘Fan’, ‘Shuddh Desi Romance’, ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’ and ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ to his name. Reports are churning in the rumour mills that Sharma is likely to bring the Kill Dil couple back on the big screen.

According to grapevine, Maneesh wants to cast Ranveer Singh and Parineeti Chopra for his upcoming flick. A source told Deccan Chronicle, “It’s a very unusual film and the makers are considering Parineeti as the leading lady, as they feel she fits the bill.” Moreover, the source divulged, “The film is still in its scripting stage, and nothing has been finalised yet.”

If things happen as planned, this touted flick will be Ranveer’s third film with the director and Chopra’s second collaboration with Sharma. In fact, it was Maneesh Sharma who launched Parineeti in the industry with 2011 romantic comedy film ‘Ladies vs Ricky Bahl’. Also, this movie was Ranveer and Parineeti’s first film together.
