Midweek B.O. – Action Jackson low, but steady

After having opened to an underperforming opening figure, the Prabhu Deva directed Action Jackson went further down on weekdays. However, the fall wasn’t too drastic and the figures were steady.

Since the Ajay Devgn-Sonakshi starrer has been completely written off by the critics, it isn’t finding any substantial takers in the urban centres. However, the single screens and the mass centres are contributing well to add good chunk in its business. The film that ended its opening weekend at 29 crores, added 5.5 crores on Monday and 4.5 crores on Tuesday. The film now stands at 39 crores. The collections would certainly come as an eye opener for the producers but no solid competition may take the film to a better fairing end. Looks like the real action has been missed here.
