Mugdha Godse bags a Tamil project

B-Town actress Mugdha Godse, who rose to fame with Madhur Bhandarkar’s Fashion, is all set to make her Kollywood debut. If reports are to be believed, the actress has been roped in for a romantic-action entertainer, titled Thani Oruvan, opposite veteran actor Arvind Swami. Directed by Jayam Raja, the film features his brother Jayam Ravi and Nayanthara in the lead roles.

According to a source, "Arvind plays a powerful role in the film and the team felt that they needed an actress who can add weight to his character. They were considering a few names, but finally zeroed in on Mugdha for the role. She has complemented Arvind's character very well".
