The star-studded music launch of Shamitabh
The music launch of Amitabh Bachchan’s upcoming film Shamitabh on Tuesday turned out to be a star-studded affair with stalwarts from the tinsel town - from poet and writer Gulzar to Bollywood’s 90s diva Sridevi turning up to cheer the team. Apart from the film’s cast including Big B himself, newbie Akshara Haasan and south star Dhanush, director R Balki and two of Tamil cinema’s superstars Rajinikanth and Kamal Haasan were also present. Kamal, who happens to be Akshara’s dad was there elder daughter Shruti, who’s also an actor and has even crooned a soulful number for her li’l sister in her debut film, who’s music has been composed by the legendary Ilaiyaraaja.
