My phone is an extension of me, says Saif Ali Khan

As he adds up a phone brand in the list of his endorsements, Saif doesn’t believe himself to be a phone addict. All that he feels of his phone for himself is a ‘good timepass.’ The actor was recently at an event launching Asus ZenFone 2 which is one of its kind in the country.

Talking about what role does a phone play in his life, the actor said, “Mobiles is the best mode of communication with the world. It’s like a personal computer, and the camera and a friend to talk to in the darkness. But it’s not my best friend, My phone is….not really a friend, it’s rather an extension of me. Just like technology is an extension of our mind, my phone is an extension of me,” he said.

The actor added that he likes being connected and makes uses his phone to the max when not occupied. “Surf the net, make phone calls, videos, pictures. I like to stay in touch. It’s a wonderful device. But quite often I don’t take my cellphone out with me. I like to not be controlled by it. So, I leave it at home,” he added.
