Nitesh Tiwari Wants To Cast Varun Dhawan In His Next

His last film shattered the box office records including the ones overseas. We are talking about ‘Dangal’ director Nitesh Tiwari who is now preparing for his next movie with Siddharth Roy Kapur and Ronnie Screwvala. The flick is based on Varun Agarwal's 2012 bestseller 'How I Braved Anu Aunty and Started a Million Dollar Company'.

However, the makers have not yet decided the actors for the film. When asked from Nitesh who is planning to cast in the movie, he said Varun Dhawan. When asked about approaching Varun for the film, Nitesh told PTI, "We are thinking about him. But he is busy right now. We were looking for a good, young hero who has a great screen presence."

He said he approached the actor for the same and he seemed to be very excited. However, Varun could not give his dates as he is busy with other commitments. Apart from this, Nitesh is also excited about his wife Ashwiny Iyer Tiwari's upcoming movie 'Bareilly Ki Barfi' for which she has don the director’s hat. Nitesh has co-written the flick with Shreyas Jain. Touted to be a rom-com, the film stars Kriti Sanon, Ayushmann Khurrana and Rajkummar Rao in the lead. It will release on August 18.
