No end to Shah Rukh Khans IPL woes

Jaipur -- It seems that Bollywood superstar Shah Rukh Khans stars are not shining bright these days. After being banned by MCA from entering the Wankhede stadium, now a Jaipur court has issued summons to the actor for smoking during an IPL match. A complaint was registered against Kolkata Knight Riders co-owner Shah Rukh on April 9 after he was caught puffing away on camera during an IPL match at the Sawai Man Singh Stadium. A policeman is being sent to Mumbai to serve the notice to the actor. Taking cognizance under various sections of Rajasthan Prohibition of Smoking and Non Smokers' Health Protection Act, 2000, the local court has ordered SRK to be present for hearing on May 26. If Shah Rukh would not appear on May 26 without giving a good reason for his absence, the court may summon him with a bailable arrest warrant. The complaint was registered by Anand Singh Rathore, who is the director of a private cricket academy in the city. Rathore said, "Police delayed serving of the summons".
