Oculus Remake Won’t Be Typical Bollywood Horror Movie

The Mujhse Fraaandship Karoge fame Saqib Saleem would be next seen in the remake of Hollywood horror film Oculus, and the actor says that this film will be different from other Bollywood horror movies. The title of the film hasn’t been decided as of now. Saqib is paired opposite Huma Qureshi in this movie.

Talking of the film, he told PTI, “We have adapted the original movie and have made considerable changes. The script has the essence of ‘Oculus’ intact and yet there are a lot of new things. The film won’t be like a typical Bollywood horror movie”.

He adds, “We are steering away from the template. It is more about the supernatural elements and not ghosts. The concept of the film is very novel and fresh and we don’t want to take away the core horror element by adding unnecessary bits”. The film will be directed by Prawaal Raman.
