Officially separated Hrithik and Suzanne to share children’s custody
After almost a year since the B-town couple announced end of their marriage, Hrithik Roshan and his estranged wife Sussanne Khan have been granted divorce by a family court on November1. According to their lawyers, they had a very decent divorce without any terms and conditions as no alimony was involved. Both being responsible parents have agreed to share the custody of their children- Hrehaan and Hridhaan
"The court has granted divorce to both of them. It was a divorce by mutual consent," Hrithik's lawyer Mrunalini Deshmukh told media. After the separation, Suzanne was quoted saying, “We are two individuals who respect and care for each other and have made our own individual choices. We are parents to two wonderful children and our responsibility remains to protect and take care of them.”
“The divorce is done. The matter is over. Everything was decided between the two parties in a fair and amicable manner. That is it,” said Suzanne Khan’s lawyer Mrinalini Deshmukh.
In December last year, Hrithik had said, “This is my greatest tribute to love. Sussane is and always will be the love of my life for the rest of my life. If her smiles are brighter without me, my love for her must accomplish that.”
