Born and raised in Australia, Pallavi Sharda has not had a lot of experience in Bollywood. She made her debut with a small role in ‘My Name Is Khan’ but has now established herself as an actor. Pallavi was one of the hosts for the ninth edition of IPL Extraaa Innings and has also bagged a role in a Hollywood project. She bagged the female lead role in the 2013 film ‘Besharam’.

She always wanted to become an actress but gives equal importance to academics as well. Pallavi has degrees in law, media and communication and French. “Academics is very important in my family. I did want to study, but I was also keen on exploring my childhood dream, of becoming an actor”, the actress shared. Pallavi now has several movies including ‘Hawaizaada’, ‘UNindian’, ’Besharam’, and others in her kitty.

Talking about her IPL project, the 28-year-old actress revealed, “I was recommended to IPL, because a few people knew I had an interest in cricket. I grew up watching all the Indian matches. I am completely myself on the show, completely raw. I know I make mistakes, but I get very excited when I do my interviews”. All the very best to Pallavi for her blooming career.
