PK to be the widest Indian release worldwide with 6000 prints

The Aamir Khan starrer PK is already registering itself with some records. The film is going to be biggest release in terms of print counts. While the previous few biggies like Happy New Year, Bang Bang and Kick were all released widely, PK seems to be getting some notches up.

The Raju Hirani directed film will release with 6000 prints worldwide with 5200 prints in India itself. The remaining 800 will release overseas making it one the biggest releases there too. The previous Aamir Khan release Dhoom 3 which is by far the highest grossing domestic and overseas film was also widely released. The advance booking for PK that opened on Sunday has already taken a massive start confirming a huge opening.
