Prabhu Deva: ‘I have told Remo that he is a better director than choreographer’

Prabhu Deva thinks that Remo D'Souza is a better storyteller than a choreographer. Prabhu even said that he would be reluctant to make a danced based movie after watching Remo’s work in Any Body Can Dance 2. The Choreographer-Filmmaker has worked with D’Souza in ABCD and its upcoming sequel, as an actor.

“I have told Remo that he is a better director than choreographer. He knows his job well. He knows what he wants. He is not strict at all. He stays very cool and gets the best from his actors”, the National Awards winning choreographer told PTI.

Talking of his role in the movie, Prabhu Deva said, “My part is completely different. It has nothing to do with my previous role of Vishnu sir. First one was emotional while this is more vibrant and happy. I enjoyed playing my character as it has shaped up really well. As long as Remo is happy, I am happy”. ABCD 2 is all set to hit the theatres on June 26. Currently, Prabhu Deva is busy directing Singh is Bling with Akshay Kumar.
