Priyanka Chopra Signs ‘Thugs Of Hindostan’

Though Priyanka Chopra is creating waves in Hollywood, but it’s high time since we saw the actress in Bollywood. The last Hindi film in which Priyanka worked was ‘ Jai Gangaajal ’ which released in 2016. And ever since then her desi fans have been on their pins and needles for the actress’ next Bollywood project.

Everyone became happy when it was announced that she will star in Sanjay Leela Bhansali ’s ‘Gustakhiyaan’. However, she brought a frown on fans’ face when she announced that she had backed out of the project. But now we have news for all those who have been eagerly waiting to see the actress in Bollywood.

Priyanka is set to star in Yash Raj Films ’ ‘Thugs of Hindostan’. The film also stars Aamir Khan , Amitabh Bachchan , Katrina Kaif and Fatima Sana Shaikh. However, before starting shooting for ‘Thugs of Hindostan’, Priyanka will complete her Hollywood projects. A trade source informs, “Thugs of Hindostan is not his only focus for the next few months. Aamir also has the onus of taking his production Secret Superstar all over the world, including China. Hence, he has a busy schedule before getting into preparation mode for the film produced by Siddharth Roy Kapur. He will take a while to prepare for that role too.”

Since there is time before Aamir starts shooting for ‘Thugs of Hindostan’, therefore Priyanka’s team advised her to make good use of the time. She will spend some time in promoting her next Hollywood film ‘A Kid Like Jake’ which will be premiered at the Sundance Film Festival. Then she will start shooting for ‘Isn’t It Romantic’ with Rebel Wilson, Adam Devine and Liam Hemsworth .
