Anurag comes to Radhika’s rescue on leaked nude video

Hunterrr actress Radhika Apte is back in news again for something she wouldn’t like to be known for. A few months ago director Anurag Kashyap had shot a 20-minute short film featuring the actress.  The film required a frontal nude shot of the actress which recently went viral.

Anurag Kashyap, who is the director of the film, felt not just angry but responsible towards Radhika. The film was directed for the international market. The director has reported the issue to Mumbai Police. According to Anurag, “Video is a part of his short film based on a true story. The film has a powerful moment of a woman lifting her dress from the front and exposing herself. Only a bold, gutsy actress could do such a scene”. He further added, “The entire shooting crew was women as we knew that we were making something as sensitive as this. And there were girls at every stage of the post-production. At every stage of the post-production, that part was either sent blank or pixelated before being sent. So, nobody even knew who is a part of the film. And everybody assumes that since it is an Indian film, it will always be pixelated. After taking all the care, the film was delivered to New York a month back. And then, all of a sudden after a month from nowhere, this video popped up online”.

This is the second such incident with the Badlapur actress.  A few months ago, alleged leaked nude selfies of Radhika had gone viral and the actress had denied those being hers. Radhika will be next seen in Bombairiya opposite Akshay Oberoi.
