Rajesh Khanna’s family finds powerful evidences against his alleged girlfriend Anita Advani

In a big relief to the family of late Bollywood superstar Rajesh Khanna, the self-proclaimed girlfriend of the veteran actor, Anita Advani, is reportedly married to some Mr Rodricks Victor Anthony and also has a flat on her name. After Anita filed a case under the Domestic Violence Act against Dimple, Twinkle and Rinke and Akshay Kumar and also demanded a share of his property claiming that she was the live-in partner of Kaka, Khanna’s legal wife Dimple Kapadia filed an RTI with the Slum Rehabilitation Authority to know her whereabouts.

According to advocates Shirish Gupte, Mahesh Jethmalani and Girish Kulkarni, who are representing the late superstar’s family, the reply sent by the authority shows Anita as Anita F Rodricks, next to one Rodricks Victor Anthony, whose name appears under the column 'Head of the family'. Anita’s name is written in the column of 'Spouse Name/Second Name' and it also has her picture alongside. Not only this they have also received an allotment letter issued in August 2004 to "Smt Anita Rodricks" by developer Steven Fernandez against a slum tenement held by the Rodricks family in Kitkatwadi, Bandra West.

This has provided the Khanna family powerful evidences to counter Advani’s claim and now they have argued in the court that Anita is not eligible for any kind of share in Kaka’s property because to claim to be in a 'domestic relationship' both the partners need to be unmarried. While Anita is dismissing these reports, saying "There are many Anitas, many Rodricks, how do you know it is me?" the High Court is expected to hear the case on February 6.
