Ranveer Singh feels proud to have Deepika Padukone as his Leela in Ram-Leela

Love is in the air as the long wait is soon to end on this Friday, November 15 as Ranveer Singh-Deepika Padukone starrer Ram-Leela finally hits the big screens. Rumours have been doing rounds regarding the off-screen romantic link-up between the Ram-Leela co-stars. Sometimes their real-life chemistry looks like a mere publicity stunt to raise the temperatures before Ram-Leela’s release.

A graceful Deepika explained the ongoing hype as stereotypical analysis of film actors’daily lives regarding what they wear, what they say, where they hang out and with whom or everything else. As Deepika and Ranveer have remained under constant media glare these days, their privacy has certainly been violated. A casual Deepika said on the same, "It's part of the territory, you have to accept it that as public figures your life is public too, you cannot get upset and you have to take it in your stride." After Yeh Jawaani Hai Dewaani released, the public were talking about her onscreen chemistry with Ranbir Kapoor as the best one and now Ranveer seems to be surpassing the former at a brisk pace.

As per Deepika the director has to be given a lot of credit for the matter of chemistry and there should be a comfort zone between the two co-stars to make it happen. Deepika was quite frank confessing that she is quite comfortable in the company of Ranveer. Deepika, who has delivered a hat-trick of blockbusters this year, revealed that failure has been the greatest teacher for her and as things are going right now she has no more complaints. When Deepika was asked about the similarity between her character and Leela she said, "Well if you need to put me in perspective, I am Naina Talwar ofYeh Jawaani.... She is the character who is totally me and I so resonated with her.” Ranveer said Sanjay Leela Bhansali's style of filmmaking is "larger than life and totally over the top and I like that." The actor also confessed that he is feeling proud as well as flattered to have Deepika as his Leela in the film. He praised her dedication towards her work and honesty to gain perfection. Ranveer also disclosed that Deepika is a cleanliness freak and very fond of children.
