Ranveer Singh Got Ripped In 6 Weeks! Here's The Proof
After Ranbir Kapoor’s trainer posted a picture of the actor’s ripped, transformed body, it is Ranveer Singh’s turn to hog the limelight. A before-after picture of how much Ranveer’s body has changed in just six weeks is out and it is unbelievable.
Llyod Stevens, Ranveer’s Zimbabwean personal trainer, has posted the picture of the actor on Instagram. He revealed how hard the two of them worked to attain their goals. “6 WEEK #transformation with my boy @ranveersingh ... Haven’t posted this in a long while but every time I look at it makes me very proud and remember that @ranveersingh and I worked extremely hard to achieve this result despite his extremely busy schedule that sometimes involved us working out at very late hours of the night or very early hours of the morning ... never the less we got it done,” he wrote as the caption.
In the picture on left, presumably from six weeks ago, Ranveer does look lean but the one on right shows his eight back abs, rippling muscles and an overall very toned body.
It is not clear whether Ranveer went though this rigourous fitness regime for Padmavati or some other film. In the film, directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali and co-starring Deepika Padukone and Shahid Kapoor, Ranveer plays the 14th century ruler of the Delhi Sultanate, Alauddin Khilji.
Ranbir’s fitness trainer Kunal Gir shared a picture on Instagram from New York on August 4 where the crew is shooting the last leg of the Sanjay Dutt biopic. Gir wrote, “Forgot about this pic. One from the NY trip. This was taken hours after we landed in Ny from the 16hr flight. We got a mini breakfast and headed straight to gym. When it comes to commitment RK is second to none. Double tap and share if you want me to send you RKs shoulder workout. #ranbirkapoor #bodybuilding #steel#kunalgir” Ranbir flaunts muscular limbs and reminds us of the huge persona of Sanjay Dutt.”
The shooting of the film began in January. As part of his preparation for the role, Ranbir has gained more than 13kg to tone up his muscle to match the muscular physique of Sanjay Dutt.
