Ranveer works for ‘India Ke Hunger Ki Bajao’ campaign

Ranveer Singh has added another feather in his cap, by contributing to the Akshay Patra Foundation, which works for providing mid-day meals to government school children, as a part of the NGO’s ‘India Ke Hunger Ki Bajao’. He had been involved in the development of this project for past six months. Others supporting the campaign include Yash Raj Films, Reliance Fresh, Choitrams, Patel Bros, Fluence, India TV, Red FM and Paytm.

The Ladies vs Ricky Bahl actor expressed his happiness and said, “There's nothing better than to feed a child, to educate a child. I love kids! I especially feel for underprivileged kids tremendously... I feel I can do a lot of good with the kind of money that comes my way. When I get such opportunities, that is when I consider myself successful. I am happy that I am in a position to make someone’s life better.”

The actor had even shot an emotional ad where he acts child-like with other children. The ad captures him clicking selfies with the kids and sharing many more heart-touching moments. The actor also asks the viewers just to spend Rs. 750 for the underpriviledged kids.
