Raveena Tandon approached to play Priyanka Chopra’s mom in her next?

Filmmaker Zoya Akhtar has reportedly offered actress Raveena Tandon a role to play Priyanka Chopra’s onscreen mom in her next. It is also being said that both Madhuri Dixit and Tabu have refused the same offer.

Anil Kapoor has been finalised to play the father of Ranveer Singh and Priyanka in the film. The film also stars Anushka Sharma as Ranveer’s love interest. It has been learnt that Raveena has also rejected the offer politely. Raveena said that she was hesitant to take up the role as it is a negative one. Finally actress Shefali Shah has accepted the offer and now she will be playing Ranveer and Priyanka’s mom in the film, Dil Dhadakne Do.
