Remake Of Mohanlal’s Pulimurugan On The Cards For Salman Khan?
Salman Khan is busy with more than one project at the same time. He has finished shooting for Kabir Khan’s directorial Tubelight and is busy with Ali Abbas Zafar’s Tiger Zinda Hai. The sequel of Ek Tha Tiger would see ex-lovers reuniting for the film after a gap of five years. For the promotions of Tubelight, the actor visited Dubai.
During the promotions, the actor also spoke about hit Malayalam movie Pulimurugan which features Mohanlal. Knowing that the superstar has already worked in the remake of two Malayalam movies, Bodyguard and Kyon Ki, can we expect one more remake for the Dabangg star on the cards? Well, only Salman can tell this but we would be surely happy to see him in the Hindi remake of Pulimurugan.
Helmed by Vysakh, the Malayalam film released last year in October and was bankrolled by Tomichan Mulakuppadam of Mulakuppadam Films. Made on a budget of 25 crore, Pulimurugan so far has grossed over 152 crore worldwide. It became the first film to cross 100 crore mark and 150 crore mark in the Malayalam film industry, and is currently the highest-grossing Malayalam film ever and the third highest-grossing South Indian film of 2016.
