Welcome back to work”.

A few days back, in an interview with Times of India, Moushumi said, "I am actually a Chintu fan. Rishi Kapoor is my favourite actor, but he is a spoilt brat. Chintu was arrogant at times and he still is but he is my most favourite as he is an awesome actor". Rishi Kapoor and Moushumi Chatterjee had worked together in Vijay (1988), Ghar Pariwar (1991) and Aa Ab Laut Chalen (1999).

Moushumi Chatterjee is highly praised for her performance in Piku, where she is playing Amitabh Bachchan’s sister-in-law. Moushumi debuted in Bollywood with Tarun Majumdar’s Balika Badhu in 1967.
