Saif Ali Khan to launch Armaan Jain with ‘Lekar Hum Deewana Dil’

Kareena Kapoor Khan’s cousin and Raj Kapoor's grandsonArmaan Jain is all set to make his debut with an upcoming flick titled ‘Lekar Hum Deewana Dil’ and Kareena’s spouse Saif Ali Khan is providing a helping hand to it, by financing the venture together with Dinesh Vijan. The film is going to be a musical entertainer as informed by a source, “That was discounted though as eventually everyone settled down for Lekar Hum Deewana Dil. It has a good ring to it and promised a fun filled musical entertainer.”

Also, the source commented about the complexity in choosing its title, “Written by Majrooh Sultanpuri, this chartbuster track by Asha Bhosle and Kishore Kumar was a huge hit when put to tune by R.D. Burman. The makers wanted a musical title for their Armaan Jain starrer and penciled in on Lekar Hum Deewana Dil.” Lekar Hum Deewana Dil is a love story of two friends, who make wrong decisions and learn from the consequences. The flick to be helmed by debutant director Arif Ali and will have Deeksha Seth as the female lead opposite Armaan. A.R. Rahman will give music for the same.
