Salman Quits Karan Johar's Battle of Saragarhi After Learning About Ajay Devgn's Same Project

Bollywood superstars Salman Khan and Ajay Devgn are known to have a very old friendship which dates back to their early days in the Indian cinema. Some days ago, it was rumoured that Devgn was upset with Salman because he joined hands with Karan Johar in order to produce 'Battle of Saragarhi' which will star Akshay Kumar in the lead role.

The reason behind Ajay Devgn being upset was that he himself is working on the same project. It is being reported that Khan was unaware of the fact that Ajay has the same project. On learning about this, Khan immediately stepped out of Karan Johar’s project. Recently, Ajay was quoted as saying, “Salman Khan is not making Battle of Saragarhi. I am not too sure if somebody else is making it or not. I am making the film for sure, but I will take some time”.

He ended his statement saying, “I have always maintained that the film will be made on a very big scale and I will need, at least, two years' time for that film. If anyone wants to make it, they can make it and release it as well. I will release my film after them, but I am making the film for sure”.
