Here's All You Need To Know About Tabu's Cameo In Ranbir Kapoor Starrer Sanjay Dutt Biopic!

Ever since Sanjay Dutt biopic has been announced, fans want the film to release soon. Moreover, Ranbir Kapoor’s, who plays Sanjay Dutt in the movie, uncanny resemblance to Sanjay has increased more curiosity among audience. Apart from Ranbir, the film will also feature Paresh Rawal, Manisha Koirala, Sonam Kapoor, Dia Mirza, Anushka Sharma in prominent roles.

And now we have some more information regarding the movie. Joining the huge cast of the film is actress Tabu, who will be seen in a cameo. She will play herself in the film.

"Tabu will be seen presenting an award for the best actor in a comic role to Ranbir, who plays Dutt in the movie. In real life too, Sanjay had won the same award for Munna Bhai MBBS in 2004 and Tabu had presented the trophy to him back then. The same scene has been recreated for the film,” revealed an insider.

According to reports, Tabu will be seen wearing the same peach-coloured salwar kameez and red dupatta that she had worn while presenting the trophy to Dutt in 2004. The insider further added, "In fact, Tabu and Hirani got chatting and had lots to share from the past. Tabu also got nostalgic about how thrilled Dutt was with his win back then. Dutt and Tabu, who acted in Sarhad Paar (2006) have always been good friends."

Tabu will next be seen Rohit Shetty’s ‘Gomaal Again’ along with Ajay Devgn, Parineeti Chopra, Arshad Warsi, Tusshar Kapoor, Kunal Kemmu and Shreyas Talpade.
