Shahid Kapoor replaces Madhuri Dixit on Jhalak Dhikhla Jaa 8

Unlike most of the Bollywood celebrities, who join the small screen world after a slowdown in their career, Shahid Kapoor is going to join a TV show, just when he has come to the limelight once again after 5 years. A Times of India report has confirmed that the Haider star will replace Madhuri Dixit on judging panel of the dance reality show Jhalak Dikhla Jaa 8. Let’s hope that the actor connects well with the audiences on small screen as well.

When a source revealed Times of India about his plans of throwing a bachelors’ party overseas, he also revealed that the Mausam actor has been approached to judge a dance reality show. Now, another news report from the leading daily has confirmed that the deal has been fixed. However, the Jab We Met actor, as of now, hasn’t confirmed the news himself.

Another new entry to the show is choreographer Ganesh Hegde. Hegde will replace Remo D'Souza. Karan Johar has retained his place on the judging panel of the show. This is going to be the first time that the show will have all male judges.
