Sidharth Malhotra, Katrina Kaif in Excel Entertainment's Next

 Sidharth Malhotra, who’s upcoming venture Brothers is all set to hit the theatres on August 14, is all set to work in an upcoming project for Farhan Akhtar and Ritesh Sidhwani. Reportedly, Katrina Kaif is going to play the lead in the film. This is the first time that Sidharth will work with Excel entertainment for Nitya Mehra, who is Farhan Akhtar’s assistant.

Talking of the film, the Student of the Year fame said, “It is a very exciting script and I am really looking forward to starting work on Nitya's film and working with Farhan and Ritesh as producers. This will be my first with Excel Entertainment. Things will be taking shape soon and I am eager to start shooting for the film”.

As per a TOI report, Nitya is involving the actor in every decision being made. She not only discusses the shooting locations but also asks for Sidharth’s opinion on them. That is the reason why Sidharth feels that he is also a part of the crew, and not just an actor who comes on the sets to do his job. Nitya’s way of working is different in the manner that she involves she considers everyone a part of the team and includes their contribution in the project.
