Sidharth Malhotra Talks About ‘Aashiqui 3’

The superhot star, Sidharth Malhotra, made a booming entry in Bollywood with Karan Johar’s ‘Student Of The Year’. This 31-year-old actor is now all set to scatter his charm in the third part of the Aashiqui franchise. As per the latest information, the ‘Ek Villian’ actor will be romancing Alia Bhatt in this forthcoming movie.

Previously, this was treated as a gossip, but Sidharth has himself confirmed this news. He affirms, “Yes, I’ve been offered Aashiqui 3,” adding, “It’s a germ of an idea right now, but it’s a gem of an idea. I’m yet to read the script, but the concept is appealing.”

Director Mohit Suri is helming the project, which is touted to be a contemporary love story. A source close to the development, says, “Aashiqui 3 will be a tragic love story, just like Aashiqui 2. The music, again, will play an important part in the film.” Since, the protagonist in the first and second part of this franchise was a singer, thus, it is anticipated that the female lead, Alia Bhatt, may play a singer. Furthermore, Sidharth will be featured in an intensely romantic and passionate avatar.
