Actor Sidharth Malhotra has been using applications on his smart phone to monitor his physique. He is supposed to put on a lot of muscle weight and is on a high-protein diet, to get into shape for his character in Akshay Kumar-starrer Brothers. He has downloaded many apps to watch his body. He has been using the heart rate monitor, cardio check, water intake, BMI applications to monitor his fitness and health. "Technology has made things really convenient. I have some interesting fitness apps that help me keep tab of my daily nutrition," says Sidharth Malhotra.
