Sonakshi Sinha not to follow father’s footsteps in joining politics

Sonakshi Sinha is one of the busiest actresses in the present Hindi film industry as her Bullett Raja has released today and her R...Rajkumar is gearing up for its release next Friday, December 6. Almost all the films of the 26-year-old star-kid have been blockbusters at the box-office. She visited the Capital to encourage people for voting in the upcoming elections and when she was asked if she would also join politics in future like her actor-turned-politician father, Shatrughan Sinha, she replied with a big NO.

Sonakshi quipped, "No, just because my father is a politician, I don't think it's reason enough for me to be one too! I believe one needs to have the aptitude." She added, "I am not shrewd enough... I cannot handle as many people as my father does... I don't think I have enough people skills to do that. There are a lot of things that one needs to keep in mind before taking up such a drastic step. Naam ke liye toh, I'd rather not." Keeping aside her political ambitions when she was asked about her personal life and any romantic affair, she said, "At this point of time, no! I am so busy with what I am doing that I don't have time for anyone. And love is something you can't really push. When it has to happen, it will happen. So, I am ready to wait for it.” Earlier Sonakshi was not at all interested in dating someone from the industry. She was asked about her present mindset and she said, "Actually, earlier I was averse to it, but I really don't know where else I'll find love. I'm shooting non-stop. So, I think now I'll have to be open to dating someone from the industry.”
