Son’s Disease Instigates Emraan Hashmi to Write Book on Cancer

Emraan Hashmi's son Ayaan was diagnosed with cancer in January last year, and that incident had affected the actor so much that he has decided to write a book on how to cope with such difficult times. The Gangster says that the time was really tough for his family, especially for his wife and him. Ayaan has been treated with the ailment is fine now.

A source close to the actor told Hindustan Times, “Emraan wants to help cancer patients and their near ones broaden their knowledge about the illness, and suggest ways to deal with it. He went through a similar situation, and stood strong. He also made sure that Ayaan always felt positive about the treatment”.

It is said that the Humari Adhuri Kahani Actor did quite a research before starting with the project. The source also told, “The key chapters in the book will be about treatment options and effective diet plans for cancer patients”. The source further added that Emraan consulted the Black Friday author S Hussain Zaidi. “He took Zaidi's suggestions on the flow of the book.
