Sridevi says she is not grooming Jhanvi for acting

English Vinglishstar Sridevi revealed that she is not grooming her elder daughter Jhanvi for films.

Thanking audience for appreciating her role in her comeback film, which she did after a long gap of 15-year, she said, “I expected people to like the film but I never thought it would become such a huge success. I am glad that audiences are now open to seeing good films”. She added, “I loved the script and decided quite blindly to do the film. I enjoyed my time shooting for it. I loved the simplicity and the sensitivity of the character so never did it cross my mind that I was doing something different”. She also said that after acting for so many years, she doesn’t need to prove herself again.
