OMG: This Bollywood Superstar To Play A Triple Role In His Next?

Grapevine has been abuzz with reports stating that Shah Rukh Khan and Rohit Shetty are not getting along well with each other but it seems that the rumours were all unsubstantial. As per the latest reports, the duo will soon be working on a project together. The film will reportedly be a remake of Tamil blockbuster ‘Theri’, which starred South superstar Vijay in the lead role.

A source has informed Spotboye.com, “Contrary to rumours, SRK and Rohit have had no tiff. They will definitely work together on Theri’s remake. Shah Rukh has given the go-ahead for it. The film will release in 2018”.

The story of the film revolves around an honest police officer who changes his identity in order to protect his daughter from a politician, who ruthlessly slaughtered his family. If the rumours turn out to be true, it would be interesting to see Shah Rukh Khan playing three different characters on big screen, especially after ‘Fan’, in which the audiences went all praises for his performance in dual role. The original film, Theri, broke all the records by minting Rs. 200 crores and if Rohit Shetty and Shah Rukh Khan are collaborating for this story, the numbers are expected to soar even higher, given their previous records of Chennai Express and Dilwale.
