SRK wishes Salman for verdict in hit-and-run case

Shah Rukh Khan was spotted at the residence of Salman Khan on Tuesday night, a day before the announcement of verdict in his 2002 hit-and-run case. The foe-turned-friend visited Galaxy Apartments late at night to wish Salman good luck for the verdict. Both the actors have not been friendly since they had an argument at Katrina Kaif’s birthday party in 2008. But the two patched up at Salman’s sister Arpita’s wedding last year.

Now, when Salman has been held guilty of all the eight charges in the hit-and-run case, he is pleading to be treated as an ordinary citizen. The sessions court has sentenced him to a 5-year imprisonment. The 49-year-old star can appeal against the verdict in Bombay High Court.

Everyone is praying for the Bhai of Bollywood, many celebrities took to Twitter to support the actor. Singer Mika Singh tweeted,” I stand for the man who stands for everyone .. Always respect you big brother @BeingSalmanKhan your fans R with you”. Sonakshi Sinha also tweeted, “Terrible news. Dnt knw wht to say except tht will stand by @BeingSalmanKhan no matter what. Hes a good man and no 1 can tk tht away frm him”.
