Director Sriram Raghavan is recognized for his dark-thriller movies. He is lauded for a 45-minute docufiction on serial killer Raman Raghav. His first movie was ‘Ek Hasina Thi’, which starred Saif Ali Khan. He shelved his chocolate-boy image for the movie and gave hard-hitting performance.

Also, Raghavan’s last film ‘Badlapur’ too saw Varun Dhawan acting in all together different way. As expected from Sriram, he is again back with a thriller and this time his film is going to feature an unusual pairing. According to a popular daily, Raghavan’s next flick will feature veteran actress Tabu opposite VJ-turned-actor Ayushmann Khurrana. Isn’t this a new and unconventional pair?

A source close to Sriram has divulged some information about the project. The source told, “Sriram, who is very particular about the casting of his films has roped in Tabu and Ayushmann for his next film. The film will have a thriller element in it, which happens to be his forte.”

It is expected that the movie will likely go on floors in coming months.
