The Mutual Admiration Club: Kashyap and Banerjee

In the country where we rarely find filmmakers going gaga over each other, we had Anurag Kashyap praising Dibakar Banerjee, after a special screening of Shanghai. Kashyap tweeted "Shanghai is visceral, stunning and ballsiest film ever made in this country. Still reeling from it. Fuck Awesome, its more than that." The film stars Abhay Deol, Emraan Hashmi, and Kalki Koechlin (Anurag Kashyap's wife). The film is all set to release on June 8th and we only hope that Kashyap's verdict is bang on!
