Ayushmann Khurrana completed five years in the movie business this year and has already become a promising star. Starting his career with Shoojit Sircar's romantic comedy Vicky Donor in 2012, the actor has done six movies in a span of five years including television projects and singing in his movies. While he completes five years in the industry, the actor remembers the best advice he got from Aditya Chopra to survive in the industry.

He said, “Aditya Chopra gave me very solid advice — he said, ‘be yourself in your films. Whatever is the extension of your personality, you should portray that until the time you change as a person. If you have changed as a person, you have become a different person, and only then should you try something different or radical. But until then, just solidify yourself in that space.’ That’s the best advice I got after he saw MPB and loved me in it".

Seems like, he has taken the advice very seriously. On the work front, he is all prepped up for his upcoming release Meri Pyaari Bindu which releases on May 12. The flick will see him pairing up with Parineeti Chopra under the direction of Maneesh Sharma.
