Kangana Ranaut has an image of a fearless actress who never shies away from speaking her mind. The lady who doesn’t give a hoot about something has now spoken about the ongoing controversy surrounding her Queen director Vikas Bahl. The director has been accused of molestation by a young woman working at Phantom Films.

Reportedly, the girl was molested by the Shaandar director when the team was on a trip to Goa few months ago. In the wake of the allegations, Vikas has been asked to step down as the co-founder of Phantom. While many celebrities are avoiding the controversy, Ranaut has spoken about the issue.

While attending an event for Melange by Lifestyle in Mumbai, the actress said, "This is a very serious issue. I can only say that whoever faces a situation like this, it is very courageous of the women to come out and speak about it. If women are facing these situations, they should be encouraged to talk about it and shouldn't be shamed by their families, environment, and colleagues. We need more women to come out and talk about the issue because that's how the awareness will come about. That is how I feel".

However, she also feels that there will be another side of the story too adding that people should speak up, whether they are right or wrong, they must speak up and discuss it. On a related note, Vikas has denied the allegations. Well, we are waiting for the truth to come out.
