Twist in the tail: Alia might replace Kriti Sanon in SRK-Rohit Shetty’s next

It was only up till the leading lady opposite SRK who was under the cloud of uncertainty but the recent revelations have made the Rohit Shetty-SRK’s next even more perplexed. According to reports Kriti Sanon who was signed as the leading lady opposite Varun Dhawan may be replaced by Alia Bhatt in the movie.

Rohit Shetty is keen on bringing the hit pair of Varun and Alia on screen and is in process of bringing her on board. According to a report in a leading daily, there are such plans as the report read, “A week ago, Alia was given a narration and she’s keen to feature in the SRK-starrer tentatively titled ‘Dilwale’. She will take a final call in the coming week as she’s already committed to Shakun Batra’s next, which rolls around the same time. The makers, including Shah Rukh Khan, are clear that they will give priority to Alia over Kriti if the former can squeeze out the dates, which in all probability, she will. ”

If this news does take a shape then a big blow might just affect Kriti Sanon as she had given away her film Singh Is Bling opposite Akshay Kumar to make way for this film. Let’s see whose loss and whose gain it is going to be.
