Uday Chopra regrets not being directed by his father Yash Chopra

Actor Uday Chopra is all set to come up with his next outing, Dhoom 3, but it appears that the actor is highly disappointed on not being directed by his father in his career. Uday Chopra is a son of veteran filmmaker Yash Chopra. He died last year and left a wish unfulfilled in the heart of Uday for once and forever.

Uday said, “That`s my biggest regret. When he was making `Jab Tak Hai Jaan`, I told Aditya please give me one small scene, give me anything - I just want to get directed by dad, but it didn`t happen and we didn`t expect that he would die. It is the biggest regret because there was a time when a movie was being planned where my father was expected to direct me, but that never happened.”
