However, the noticeable fall in the collections is considerate and hints that the film is unlikely to put a record breaking number. At the same stage, Aamir Khan’s Dhoom 3 had garnered a whopping 173 crores in six days with lesser number of prints. The film will march on well this week as well, since there is no major release to put up a challenge. Indra Kumar’s Super Nani will finally hit the screens tomorrow that brings Rekha in the lead after a long time. There is some talks going on about the movie in the cinematic arena but is unlikely to surprise anyone with its collections. The other release is an adventure film Roar directed by Kamal Sadanah that doesn’t feature any big names in the cast.

Farah Khan directed HNY will only face a competition when ‘The Shaukeens’ will open next week in theatres. It is only going into the credit of Shahrukh Khan that despite a pretty average word of mouth, Happy New Year managed to rake in huge numbers. Abhishek Bachchan too has been able to impress big time with his comic performance.
