Vidya-Farhan starrer Shaadi Ke Side Effects under PNC banner by year-end

Pritish Nandy has signed actors Vidya Balan and Farhan Akhtar for Shaadi Ke Side Effects to be shot by year-end. The romedy required fresh faces to create the same magic like before. Shaadi Ke Side Effects is a romcom. Vidya will be playing a Delhi girl and Farhan will be playing a Bombay boy," he added. Earlier, Pyaar Ke Side Effects saw the chemistry between Rahul Bose and Mallika Sherawat; now audiences would enjoy the same from Vidya and Farhan. Director Saket Chaudhary will direct the sequel once again and win accolades for the same. "This film demanded for fresh faces. We always had Vidya in our mind for 'Shaadi Ke Side Effects'. I believe she really liked the script," he added. "The story moves ahead from where Trisha and Sid left - they get married and what changes come in their married life, the transformation in their relationship and how they tackle the changes," said Nandy.
